Vice President - Operations

 

Helmut Hampel has primary responsibility for Arcataur’s accounting, operations, compliance and client support areas.  He has been with the firm since its inception in 2003. Between 1996 and 2001, Helmut was a Vice President and Regional Manager in the Credit Review Department of U.S. Bancorp, where he supervised a team of analysts responsible for evaluating the credit quality and loan administration of the bank’s Southeast Wisconsin region. From 1983 to 1996, he held various positions with increasing levels of responsibility in the Audit and Credit Review departments. Helmut performed numerous operational and compliance audits and was responsible for the due diligence and analysis of a number of bank acquisitions, including assessment of operations, loan portfolios and compliance functions. He is fluent in English and German and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
