A Message to Our Clients:

At Arcataur Capital Management LLC, our relationship with our clients is our most important asset. We understand that you have entrusted us with your personal financial information, and your privacy is important to you. As a result, we are committed to keeping your personal information private, and are dedicated to maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information we have. We are proud to tell you that, unlike some other organizations, we do not sell or rent to anyone the information you have entrusted to us. To help you understand how we protect your personal information, this statement describes our current privacy policy and practices. During the continuation of your relationship with Arcataur Capital Management LLC, we will advise you of our privacy policy and practices at least once annually, as required by law, and at any time there is a material change.

Why we take great care of our clients.

We take great care to safeguard your customer information and to ensure its accuracy. We restrict access to your personal information to those employees who need it in order to provide products or services to you. Employees who have access to your personal information are required to keep it strictly confidential. We collect client information so we are able to provide you with our services, and enhance the services we provide you. We may gather information from the following sources in the normal course of business: account applications and other forms, which may include your name, address, telephone number, social security number, and information about your investment goals and risk tolerance; your professional advisors such as consultants, attorneys and accountants, who may provide financial, investment history and tax information about you; account history, including information about the transactions we have ordered for you and balances in your account; and written, electronic or telephonic correspondence between you and us or your broker or custodian and us.

We may share information with third parties who are acting on our behalf. We use your personal information to process your requests and transactions, to fulfill legal and regulatory requirements, and to provide you with information about services offered by us. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our current and former customers to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. We may disclose your personal information to other companies when necessary to process transactions for you and to service your account. We may also disclose your personal information to companies that provide administrative and other services on our behalf, such as companies that prepare account statements or performance reports. These companies are legally obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide to them. The companies mentioned in this paragraph are only authorized to use your personal information for the limited purposes for which we have hired them -- they are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose.
