We work together as a team with decades of experience in job placement for people with disabilities. Each consumer benefits from the shared experience and knowledge of all team members.  We share our networking connections and resources, experience and training, and we have developed a network of over a hundred employers.  We are a faith-based organization; and we share a passionate belief that each individual has value and abilities which, when connected with the right employer, will lead to long term success.

Debbie Posey-Arrington
President

Debbie Posey-Arrington has been with Adonai Employment since April of 2008. Debbie was promoted to the position of the Vice President in 2010 and President in February of 2021. She supervises our employment consultants and job coaches. She leads by example with impeccable work ethic and service to the community of greater Milwaukee. Debbie Posey-Arrington works with consumers by providing guidance in the areas of career exploration, job seeking skills, soft skill development for successful employment, and accessing community resources. She also assists newly employed individuals in the orientation to a company’s policies, procedures, products, services, standards, fringe benefits and opportunities. Debbie’s responsibilities also include case management, job training, job coaching and other employment related support services. Debbie-Posey Arrington ensures that every match made between an employer and a consumer will subsequently lead to success.

Prior to joining Adonai Employment, Debbie Posey-Arrington worked at Goodwill Industries of SE Wisconsin as the supervisor of Work Adjustment Community-based training. She provided direct consumer services and managed a case load of over 40 individuals. Debbie also provided ongoing training of staff in areas such as ethics, safety in the workplace and other policies and procedures.

Debbie Posey-Arrington completed and attended ongoing education and training in many areas of business, vocational services, and crisis intervention. In 2005 Debbie graduated from Goodwill’s Leadership Academy. Debbie Posey-Arrington’s experience of over 20 years is a much valued asset of Adonai Employment.

Paul Raatz
Vice President

Paul has been a long-time an employee of Adonai since 2012.  He has a strong background in management, retail sales, and customer service. 

Paul carries a caseload of consumers and assists our President, Debbie Arrington, with staff supervision.

​

Paul has a passion for helping people with disabilities. Both his mother and sister are disabled and Paul understands the challenges consumers face. He has a great sense of humor and strong work ethic.

Jeffrey Montoya
Corporate Officer

​

Jeffrey Montoya joined the staff at Adonai Employment in December of 2009. Jeffrey oversees the administrative and office aspects of the company, including human resources, bookkeeping and technology.  

 

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree  from St. Norbert College and a Master of Arts degree from Cardinal Stritch University.  In August of 2020, he completed a Doctorate degree in Education from Logan University.

Loren Einsiedel

Employment Consultant

Loren joined the team in May of 2019. Mr. Einsiedel has over 30 years of experience in Sales and Management. His skills in identifying needs and providing solutions prepare him to be uniquely qualified to help our clients achieve their career goals.

 

Loren Graduated Phi Theta Kappa from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1982 with a degree in Chemical Technology. He is married to Lynne and they have 3 children
His interests include golf, travel and working on his 1965 Chevy Impala. Loren has a strong desire to help other people and make our community stronger.

Jan joined the team in December of 2019.


Luis Classen 
Employment Consultant 

​

Luis joined the Adonai team in February of 2018.  Luis has a background working with individuals with disabilities as an IRIS Consultant, and is bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing him to work with consumers who are more comfortable speaking in Spanish.

Luis sustained a spinal cord injury in 2004.   Luis has volunteered as a peer advisor at Froedtert Hospital in the spinal cord injury unit, helping dozens of people learn that life can be meaningful and fulfilling even after a devastating injury. 

 

Luis joined the Milwaukee Iron, a wheelchair rugby team, in 2006, and has served as the captain of the team and vice president of the board of directors.  Luis helped raise money for the team to travel to tournaments as far away as Texas and Florida.  He has been the equipment manager for the team as well. 

 

Luis has an accessible van, and this allows him to drive not only himself but also to help with nieces’ and nephews’ transportation needs.

Tom Gauthier
Founder & President (2008-2021)

Tom was one of the three partners who started Adonai Employment, and began as Vice President in January, 2008. For the over twenty years Tom served as an employment specialist, helping individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment connect with meaningful jobs while helping employers meet their hiring needs. Tom was recognized for a unique approach to networking and advocacy and as a leader in job development.

​

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the Honors Program. Tom has completed graduate level courses in English and Journalism, as well as certificate programs in human services and management.

​

Tom served on the boards of eleven non-profits in the Milwaukee area.  Including 

Next Act Theatre, Audio and Braille Literacy Enhancement, WUWM, the Greater Milwaukee Synod - ELCA, Canticle Court and Juniper Court, the Boulevard Theatre, and the Upper Midwest Division of the American Liver Foundation. He was a faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church in Thiensville.

 

Tom had an exceptional enthusiasm for life and positive attitude that he brought to everything he did. He loved getting to know people and enjoyed the camaraderie that came along with every event that he attended.
